Return Policy
At Rfglobal Ornaments, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure you have a positive shopping experience.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
